LEE COUNTY RIDICULES DISGRACED FEDERAL JUDGES

'LEE COUNTY'S ATTORNEY JACK N. PETERSON SAID THAT LEE COUNTY DOESN'T NECESSARILY CLAIM TO OWN THAT LAND [UNPLATTED "UNDESIGNATED AREAS"],

BUT THAT DR. BUSSE DOES NOT OWN THE ACCRETED LAND...'

Disgraced U.S. 11th Circuit Judge Gerald B. Tjoflat perverted Lee County scam O.R. 569/875 into a "legislative act" even though Lee County had controverted him and removed any "claim" by said eminent domain fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875 in 1998.

ELEVENTH CIRCUIT SHAM OPINION
ELEVENTH CIRCUIT CONCEALS STATE ACTIONS

In exchange for bribes, the 11th Circuit concealed that Plaintiff-Appellants had pursued available state remedies of invalidation and damages in the State Courts for years.

The Eleventh Circuit conspired with the Appellees to deliberately deprive and defraud the Appellants under false pretenses of lack of ripeness and a "legislative act".

11th Circuit Concealed Lee County Fraud-Scheme

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta, GA, conspired with the Appellees to conceal Lee County eminent domain extortion and fraud-scheme O.R.569/875.

Said U.S. Court of Appeals falsely pretended that said forgery O.R. 569/875 was a "legislative act" even though no legislator ever passed or executed said sham "claim" of uncertain lands.
